Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Dubai Mixed-Use Towers, also known as the Dancing Sisters, are a distinctive twin-tower development featuring graceful, sculptural forms. Rising more than 210 meters (700 feet), the towers feature contrasting convex and concave profiles, creating a dynamic architectural composition that reflects Dubai's modern skyline.
The development encompasses approximately 2,297,800 square feet (213,470 square meters) of mixed-use space. The project includes a five-star Biltmore Hotel Suites Tower, 250 luxury rental residences with hotel-style services and amenities, premium corporate offices, conference facilities, high-end retail shops, restaurants, and hospitality and entertainment spaces.
Combining hospitality, residential living, business, and leisure within an integrated architectural development, the towers represent a sophisticated approach to contemporary urban living.
