BOUTIQUE HOSPITALITY PROJECT

Casa Ostia

Kenting, Taiwan — Coastal Guesthouse

Nestled along the coastline of Kenting in southern Taiwan, Casa Ostia is a distinctive guesthouse surrounded by the natural beauty of a protected marine environment. Away from the region's bustling tourist destinations, the peaceful coastal setting is a hidden retreat appreciated by diving enthusiasts and travelers seeking a closer connection with the sea.

The architectural design transforms the character of a traditional Taiwanese bungalow through a thoughtful combination of minimalist colors, natural wood elements, and contemporary details. The result is a welcoming coastal retreat that reflects the relaxed atmosphere and distinctive charm of Taiwan's southern coastline.

JUSTIME IN THE PROJECT

Ether & Story Collections

To complement the guesthouse's relaxed coastal atmosphere and minimalist interior design, the designer selected two signature JUSTIME collections: the Ether bathtub faucet and the Story shower set. Each collection brings a distinctive design character to the bathroom, combining artistic expression with practical functionality.

JUSTIME COLLECTION

Ether Collection

Inspired by the concept of floating forms, the JUSTIME Ether Collection creates a sense of visual lightness and softness through its flowing, streamlined design. The graceful extension of its contours balances practical functionality with an artistic, sculptural appearance.

By harmoniously combining design and art, Ether softens the traditionally rigid impression of metal while preserving its refined character and durability. The collection brings an elegant, contemporary presence to the bathroom environment.

Story Collection

The JUSTIME Story Collection reinterprets the classic image of a faucet by introducing contemporary styling and playful design elements. Its distinctive spherical forms, featured in both the body and handles, create a softer and more inviting visual impression.

Through the combination of ceramic and copper materials, Story challenges the conventional rigidity of faucet design, bringing warmth and personality to the bathroom space.

The rain shower takes inspiration from the gentle shape of clouds, creating an eye-catching silhouette. Its distinctive design is paired with a comfortable water flow, transforming everyday showering into a refreshing and enjoyable experience.
